Another Chapter

Nov 30,2009 and this is the warmest November since records have been kept. This morning when I got up we had a slight covering of snow but soon left.
Another point of interest I parked my van and removed insurance and plates leaving me without a vehicle for the first time in 38+ years.
And last and least I have moved back into a full-time position with Transcomm in order to build a retirement fund of a sort since I have just over 8 years before I reach 65.
This is a place I will be making daily or weekly additions depending on the flow of events that actually fit here

Cheat,Lie, and Steal

What does this country offer Honest, Clean Living, Legal Living Residents.
I suggest anyone that tries to play fair gets no where in this society, and I have lived that life, and here is some of my story.
When I was 21 years old I was told by no less than four Doctors that I would never work again and I would be in a Wheel Chair in two to five years.
Well this is where I made my first mistake.
I was young and it had never occurred to me that every branch of every level of governing in this country,would turn their back or pass the buck and leave a citizen of this country to fry without any support of any kind.
So you say they wouldn't do that! Let me tell you I am getting a bit worse every year and I have had to go to work without Doctors approval on occassion and I have not received any help from anyone including Private Insurance Companies, and the time frame we are talking about is 34 years.
Insurance Companies always deny on first claim and hope you will go and lay down in a corner and shut up.
Here I am playing "The Game" and doing everything they ask of me. Then comes the lying and cheating.
When was the last time you hired and paid an employee and told them to make money for someone else other than you. SO NOW we see an Insurance Company tell you they want you to go to "AN INDEPENDANT DOCTOR", who will be paid by the insurance company to give them another perspective.
I thought Toronto was a large city, but when I went to a reputable rhumetologist and told her I wanted to prove the Insurance Companies "doctor" a liar,and gave her a geographic area of Toronto, she named two doctors and named the Insurance Companies Crony.
My Doctor then said" I do not know who that doctor was looking at but it was not you.
Most insurance policies state that the doctor must show reasonable evidence that the patient should not be working. One of my doctors was so frustrated with the amount of documentation he was asked and reasked for quit as my Doctor. My family doctor sent reasonable documentation and was asked over and over again for more and finally they denied receiving my documentation and although I had 3 Files all 4 to 6 inches thick and they offered him $25 to refax all this information.
Here it is November 30, 2009 and now I am about to begin another series of testing to help find a prognosis for a diagnosis that not one ,but two Specialists have just found, as my situation continues to worsen and I continue to gather information against the fraudulent Insurance Companies that have profits that they brag about and are proud of the fact they are stealing from Honest people paying their Big Bonuses . We All Have Something

We all have something we can do well. We have things we cannot do

We do not all look the same. We do not all like the same things, that is what makes mankind so versatile and able to make all aspects of this world as we know it function at least to the point that man in his imperfect ways can master.

Imagine the problems that would exist if all woman looked the same, and all men looked the same. Families with identical twins have enough issue, with them switching identities.

If everyone was a brain surgeon, who would build the hospitals?

Some people are brain surgeons, some bricklayers, some chefs and some farmers to grow the food.

In the case of this sketch, it was drawn in about 10 minutes, by a man, with a pencil. He with his pencil never made a line anymore than 1/2 an inch. and never joined a line.

This artist, with his pencil danced all over the page and somehow came up with this sketch, after asking me a couple questions about my hobbies and my occupation.

This very talented man probably never drove a Truck, or milked a cow, nor did he need to because others had those talents and enjoyed that type of work.

Those people that for a lot of years, was assumed to be unable to function at any level acedemically and could not be taught, have been found in fact to be genius at, at least one function. Some are musicians, artists, some can assemble desk or bicycles or more complex articles (due to the fact they cannot read) by visualization using a picture only.

Tell me ! Is all this created with a plan or is this world and everything "organized chaos"?

At what decibell was the big bang?

In this age man has determined that DNA is every living orginizime has its own blueprint unique to itself only. No two people have the identical finger prints. Every species can communicate with others in its species,(Cats with cats- dogs with dogs and under special circustances (for example) a puppy never sees its mother will bond and act like the first animal it sees. A puppy will spring up like a cat and play like a cat if its first contact is a cat.

In my experience I watched what I believe was a cat committed suicide after loosing his dog companion of 15 years about one month after the dog died.

We all have something we can do well. We have things we cannot do. Man with all his knowledge cannot explain everything that has happened or why. The only thing we know for sure is these things do happen

Cannot afford to live AT HOME

Living in an area between Kincardine and Collingwood, our economy in greatly effected by Intrawest and the Nuclear Generating Station near Tiverton.
With the Nuclear Generating Station, the cost of living, cost of Real Estate increased by a very large percentage.
Intrawest near Collingwood also increased the cost of living, cost of Real Estate. Intrawest stated they would create 10,000 jobs affecting the area from Tobermory to Barrie. As we are all aware The Nuclear Generating Station has created a lot of jobs , high paying jobs while Intrawest has 90% of their jobs in the service industry, minimum wage.
This all sounds good for the economy but is it?
"As I See It" both of these situations are great for Hydro workers and tourists, because one with high wages will choke the people that do not have jobs at the generating station, because of high cost of living , and Intrawest attracts people to the area with money willing to pay anything for this life style.
While a lot of money is generated it makes the cost of living out of reach for the people that live here, making area workers, servants to the wealthy that can afford 2 million dollar second or third homes
The only people that cannot afford this lifestyle are the people that do the work that makes the lives of the wealthy easier , while struggling to keep the wolf away from their own door.

So Much For so Few

Living in a very active area with Blue Mountains near Collingwood, and Bruce Nuclear near Port Elgin and all the spillage of activities that these businesses create.

Although this on the surface appears to be nothing but good for the local area, however this is not the case so I will continue this Blog " As I See It"

When I was just a boy the Nuclear Plant opened and with all the unions involved ,Wages , Real Estate and the cost of living increased.

Then Intrawest made its claim to fame. Intrawest was going to give 10,000 people in the area work- What they neglected to mention is: 99% of these jobs are in the service industry= minimum wage.
They would create a monster. They would setup this big tourist area, with skiing all winter and golf and water sports in the summer.
They also forgot to mention the down side. Sure with this industry a lot of money would flow, but the people working and living in this area would never hope to afford to be anymore than servants to the wealthy tourists that would flock to the area.
Minimum wage cannot survive when Real Estate more than doubles, cheap leisurely recreation now can charge outlandish prices, even taking that away from low income.
When Obama was campaigning about universal health care in the United States, he made reference to Middle Class residence in that country. In the same breath he said people making under $200,000.
These are the people that benefit from this environment, not the lower class $20,000 to $30,000 families working 2 or 3 jobs waiting on the wealthy trying to keep food and clothing for our family

Lawyers and Politicians

It was so nice of John Tamming to voice his opinion, once again, about the residents of Meaford, and all the whining. Whining about roads, snow removal, libraries, garbage disposal and the list goes on and on......

John is absolutely correct, there is a lot of whining or complaining going on, But as usual those people that have never had to work a day in their lives and never made less than $100,000 a year cannot fathom and do not care about the other part of the world that does not have a silver Spoon.

Lawyers and politicians are cut from the same cloth, and a good ratio politicians are lawyers.

Now "As I See It"

A few years ago I had the chance to be at a political debate prior to an election. A question was asked concerning low income and investments and saving for retirement. A very learned candidate, whom by the way was a Lawyer in Owen Sound said that there was no excuse for people not to have a retirement savings plan to support their retirement. I asked about single parents and families with incomes around $20,000, to which this learned lawyer told me he did not have time to waste on my question any further.

Who decided to amalgamate all these so called towns or municipalities we have today?

Who decided where to draw the lines of designation between municipalities?

How much money has been saved with this amalgamation and where has this money gone?

How is it possible to amalgamate and still have each area operating as a single unit? example: South Bruce Peninsula: Where is the town office? In Wiarton, but Wiarton is not a town anymore it is part of South Bruce Peninsula.

How can they have it both ways , both amalgation and individual towns? If single towns and townships were not cost efficient, what would be the difference now with all these towns and Townships still in place with one council ruling them all? The local governments could not handle the smaller areas- Now lets give them a larger area and more tax dollars to squander

Anyone with half a brain can accept the fact that the areas with the highest population, (The most votes) will get the best service, thus Wiarton Sauble Beach, Meaford (town) and the rest gets what is left over .

Moving on to library issues.

When our politicians put there heads together to decide how to designate who was with who and they decided to put Meaford, St Vincent, and Sydenham together , did they not realize that people living on Highway 6 and 10 East side would probably NOT do their shopping in "Meaford proper" so would require services from Owen Sound? Where they asleep at the wheel or just acting like lawyers and politician,when they hope or make a time frame beyond their term so someone else can deal with the issues that erupt later.

Lawyers stay in the court rooms ,God knows there enough screwed up laws that need rewritten, and you could deal with people with your intellect all day long.

Sorry Wait Don't Do That our country is already screwed up bad enough by Lawyers and Politicians all across this country.
